Internet Explorer won't open my bookmarks.

If Internet Explorer will not open bookmarks in a new window, then the problem is likely to be due to a popup blocker preventing the creation of a new window. A solution is described here.

If Internet Explorer will not open bookmarks in the frontmost window and you have used the solution described for circumventing a popup blocker, then the problem is likely to be due to a relatively new 'feature' (or bug) in Internet Explorer that requires you to have set the Advanced option Reuse windows for launching shortcuts (accessed via Tools menu, Internet Options, Advanced tab). If this option is not set then Internet Explorer silently ignores DDE instructions to open a bookmark in a new window. An alternative solution is to click on the bookmark title and drag it onto the browser window.
