Why can't I access the Help file?

If the Help file is stored on a network drive, Windows Help will not allow you to see the pages. This is a result of a Windows security update. The workaround is detailed in the Microsoft Knowledgebase.

The other reason you may not be able to access the Help file is if it is blocked. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Bookmark Buddy\ and right-click on BmkBuddy.chm. If you see an 'Unblock' button, click on it.
