I've lost my registration!

All you need to do is log into your account with OSoLiS and obtain a new copy of your Personal License Register. If you've forgotten your log-in details, you'll find a link to request a reminder.

If you're recovering your Personal License Register from a backup, the file you need to retrieve is called licences.rv1 (note exact spelling: L-I-C-E-N-C-E-S-dot-R-V-one), stored either in the top level of the drive on which Bookmark Buddy was installed (e.g. C:\), or in your Windows folder (usually C:\WINDOWS).
